BHOJPUR: Chairman of the Khumbuwan Rastriya Morcha RK Khumbu has said his organisation will employ peaceful means to ensure statehood for the Khumbuwan region. At a public meeting to mark the Liberation Day in Bhojpur, Khumbu said his organisation is not an underground outfit. He called on people to get united for the cause of Khumbuwan. Other participants at the programme said the unitary state is unacceptable.
Condemning the 1990-Constitution for its ‘inability to ensure the rights of different ethnicities’, they stressed the need to pile pressure on the state for the sake of all people. At the programme, the front also imparted training to its cadres.
